Lost my mojo
Have you ever had a time when you just didn't have any motivation to do the things you love to do. Today the temperature hit 70. The first time since November. And my favorite weekly gravel ride scheduled. On my Erie Canal trip, October 2024 And I didn't go. Instead, I came up with excuses: I needed to go to the store for groceries. USA! USA!
So, who has been watching the Olympics? The Winter Olympics don't seem to have as much panache as the Summer ones, but they are just as exciting. Twas the night before Christmas...
It's actually Christmas Eve morning, but you get the jist. I think everyone knows the first line of this poem from the early 19th century. It's actual title is A Visit from St. Nicholas , originally published anonymously in 1823. That's 200 hundred years ago!
